Our medical scribes are trained to work under the personal supervision of a healthcare provider during his or her clinical shift. With the ever-increasing documentation demands into electronic health record (EHR) systems, our goal at Revascent is to take on the majority of the provider documentation burden to help improve efficiency, decrease documentation burnout, and in turn help to improve provider wellness. Improve the efficiency of your practice and free up more of your time by using our medical scribes to focus on collection of the patient information and creation of the encounter during the patient’s visit. Our scribes provide real-time documentation of the patient and provider encounter which helps to improve documentation quality and accuracy, leading to quicker note sign-off times. By taking on the majority of the documentation and non-clinical tasks, scribes help healthcare providers to spend more face-to-face time with their patient(s), and aids in improving patient satisfaction and overall wait times

Mini STAXX brings AI chat, writing and coding help to your iPhone and iPad. Mini STAXX is 100% free with no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no paid tiers. Download a compatible AI model and run it directly on your device. Choose a model that fits your available storage and memory, then use it for private text conversations. With web search off, local replies are generated entirely on your device. Downloading models and signing in require an internet connection. • Download and manage compatible GGUF models from Hugging Face. • Chat with an installed model, with responses appearing as they are generated. • Write, brainstorm, summarize and work through code. • Choose optional STAXX Cloud to use STAXX’s own hosted models at no cost. • Turn on optional web search for current information and source links. • Organize your saved conversations and manage downloaded model storage. • Delete your shared STAXX account directly from the app. • Sign in with Apple or with your email. Signing in never uploads your chats. After you allow sharing, STAXX Cloud sends conversation context and supported attachments to our own hosted models. Web search sends your query to an external search engine. To stop sharing, choose an on-device model and turn off web search. Model compatibility and performance depend on the model and your device’s available memory. On-device chat supports text; larger models may not fit every device. AI responses can be inaccurate, so check important information. Deleting your STAXX account deletes your sign-in account, including access to the shared desktop account. Saved chats, images and downloaded models remain on your device and can be managed separately in the app.
