Back in 1990, Fruit Daily started as a humble snack shop that sold dried fruit product and candy products by our founder, Mr. Hakseng Lor. Three years later, when the United Nations Transitional Authority in Cambodia, in short UNTAC, successfully set up a general election and return peace back to the Kingdom, demand for fresh fruit skyrocketed as visitors and residents return back to home country. It was then when Mr. Hakseng Lor started to dive into fresh fruit market and made it his life long career by naming his new business, “The Fruit Shop”. He established new connection with foreign F&B suppliers who visited Phnom Penh and started importing fresh, exotic fruit into Cambodia ever since. Today, the Fruit Shop has its name changed into Fruit Daily in accordance with its shift in business operation from serving fresh fruit for walk in customers to delivering it to their doorsteps at a tip of their order placed in Fruit Daily mobile application. Over the past decades, Fruit Daily has built a broad and trusty relationship with both local and oversea suppliers. In doing so, we are able to procure the best product for our valued customers while keeping price as affordable as possible. In addition to sourcing our product from suppliers, Fruit Daily also has its own fruit orchard located in Sihanoukville Province approximately 154 kilometers from Phnom Penh Capital City which mainly grow Durian and Banana while the rest are Rambutan, Logan, Bell Fruit and Mangosteen. In the midst 2010s, mobile application technology has planted its roots into every aspect of our daily lives especially in business transaction which used to require walk in or direct call for delivery now can be accomplished via a simple app where customers can view their products and order in real time as well as have them delivered.
