Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: Otis VGC at free with in-app purchases against Supermajor's subscription. Otis VGC also leads on update cadence (every 10 days vs every 2 months). Supermajor's advantage is ratings volume (53 vs 5) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Supermajor sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per month and Otis VGC sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Otis VGC holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Supermajor has 53 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.
Supermajor ships an update every 2 months, Otis VGC every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
