The clearest difference is review sentiment: Ink Show at 43% against Keefrash's 0%. Ink Show also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Keefrash holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 2.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ink Show has 33 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 43% of Ink Show's written reviews are positive against 0% of Keefrash's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Ink Show ships an update every 2 weeks, Keefrash every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
