Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Radii + at 4.8 against Tivi Network's 3.5. Radii + also leads on review sentiment (91% vs 57%) and ratings volume (274 vs 11). Tivi Network's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 7 months). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Radii + sells 19 one-off in-app purchases and Tivi Network sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.29 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Radii + holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Radii + has 274 ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 91% of Radii +'s written reviews are positive against 57% of Tivi Network's.
Radii + ships an update every 7 months, Tivi Network every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
