About

ShutterDNA

There is more to your photos than what appears in them. Maybe you take more photos at sunset. Maybe weekends take you farther from home. Maybe one place has quietly stayed in your life for years. ShutterDNA uses details automatically saved with your photos—such as when and where they were taken—to reveal your habits and life rhythms. It never analyzes what is inside your photos. With ShutterDNA, you can discover: • The times of day when you take the most photos • How your habits change between weekdays and weekends • Places you return to again and again • What your latest 100 photos say about you right now • How your photo habits change by month and season • Highlights and turning points from your year • A personal photo type you may never have noticed Share your result with a privacy-conscious card, or try a personal photo quest designed to inspire your next picture. Your privacy matters. ShutterDNA does not perform face recognition, person detection, object recognition, or AI image analysis. The date, time, and location details used for analysis are processed on your device. Photos, thumbnails, face data, and image content are never sent to a server. Shared cards omit place names, coordinates, detailed addresses, and filenames. No account. No cloud sync. See your everyday life from a new perspective—through the photos you have already taken. The details automatically saved with photos are commonly called metadata or EXIF. ShutterDNA only uses the details available on your device.
