Vouch.io EVC vs True Random Numbers

An Electric Vehicle (EV) charging application, working in conjunction with Vouch.io EVC hardware, that provides EV charge station owners secure offline access to their chargers and provides a secure and seamless method to share access to friends and family. For best results and experience, we recommend using iPhone 11 and later. The owner access is secured by first setting up the iPhone as a representative for the owner via SMS validation code, biometric check, and Vouch.io cryptographic proofs. The Vouch.io EVC hardware ownership is established during enrollment of a Vouch.io EVC device. The owner has a method where the device's NFC antenna is scanned to retrieve a unique identifier for that device, then the device is enrolled with the Vouch.io cloud to establish the owner's cryptographic proof over this device. Once established, the owner can connect offline via a secure BLE, peer 2 peer, TLS connection to the EVC unit. Once securely connected, the owner is able to charge a vehicle to the desired amount. Once charge is completed, the app is disconnected from the Vouch.io EVC. In addition to providing a secure method to connect and charge for the owner, the EVC app also provides a mechanism for sharing access to the owner's EV charger for friends and family. Sharing access to a friend or family member is done via Air Drop. The information shared has a deep link to the app so the receiving user can download, onboard (same as the owner), and use the application. The access to a specific EVC unit is also conveyed with the share allowing the friend or family user the same secure, cryptographic, offline access to the Vouch.io EVC enabled charging station. The application can apply limits to the share, for instance time or usage limits, providing full control for the owner over the owned EV charger. The application is an iOS native app, using BLE to communicate with the Vouch.io EVC devices and friend iPhone devices.

Most random number generators calculate the numbers with pseudo random number generators. But this app leverages your device's motion sensors, swipes, or camera input, to generate authentically random numbers and shuffles. It also doesn't have a modulo bias, a common problem with random number generators.
