AE Online Coaching app has been designed to ensure you have all the information you require in one place. This includes your personal nutrition and workout plans, direct messaging with Alana Ellis, in addition to your weekly check ins. A message from the founder, Alana Ellis: "After being on my own journey for over 8 years now, I know what it feels like to be in a vicious cycle of restrictive eating, over-exercising, low energy and mood and that's why I am so invested in making sure that you feel empowered in your own skin and skip all the guesswork when it comes to getting to where you want to be, both physically and mentally. Why am I so convinced we can achieve greatness together? Because I firmly believe that no two individuals are alike. Your path to success is uniquely yours, and that's where my personalised approach comes in. When you join me on this adventure you will experience a one-on-one hands on approach so I can be there every step of the way!"
