Both are free to download. ترَبَّع sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and راس ب راس. sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
ترَبَّع holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ترَبَّع has 485 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two.
