PairingPro vs Corki

Leveraging patented AI technology that works like a virtual sommelier, PairingPro® matches wine styles to your food or personal preferences quickly and with minimal wine knowledge required by the user. You can quickly discover new pairings that will delight you and your dinner guests or find the wine types that you're most likely to enjoy by following a simple and intuitive option path.

— Search any restaurant Look up a restaurant by name to browse pairing suggestions before you even sit down. Know what you're ordering before you walk in. — Chat with an AI sommelier Not sure what pairs with that dish? Just ask. Corki's AI chat can talk through any pairing question. Bold reds for a ribeye, something crisp for fried chicken, a skin-contact white for the adventurous table. Share a menu photo and it'll walk you through the whole thing. Conversations stay on your device and are never stored. — Table mode: the whole table, one pairing Dining with a group? Start a table session and everyone joins from their own phone. Each person adds what they're ordering, you drop in the wine list, and Corki recommends a bottle that works across all the dishes at once. No more negotiating blind — one session, one great pour. — Taste like a pro with WSET logs Elevate your tasting notes with structured evaluation. Snap a photo of a bottle or your glass, and log the wine’s name, producer, region, and country. Then, use dedicated WSET-style fields to break down the visual characteristics, nose, and palate, allowing you to track your tasting journey with professional precision. — Split the bill, not the vibe When dinner's done, Corki can split the check. Divide evenly, or itemize by what each person ordered. Either way, you're out the door without the math. — Build your personal cellar journal Loved a pairing? Save it. Corki lets you log every combination you try — dish, wine, producer, grape variety, region, your notes, a rating, the price, and the restaurant. Your wine memory, finally organized. — Map your dining life Every restaurant you save gets pinned on a map. See all the places you've explored, plan your next dinner out, and keep your dining history in one place.
