Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: TLM Racing at none against Pro Baseball Sidekick's 2. TLM Racing also leads on ratings volume (63 vs 1) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pro Baseball Sidekick sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. TLM Racing asks for nothing beyond the download.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for TLM Racing against 5.0 for Pro Baseball Sidekick. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TLM Racing has 63 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
