Tasker vs Build

Tasker is a task-keeping app designed to enhance productivity and simplify daily organization. At its core, Tasker is about bringing clarity and focus to your daily routine. Whether you're juggling work projects, personal goals, or household tasks, Tasker offers an intuitive and user-friendly platform to manage it all.

Build turns focus time into something real. Pick what you want to build, choose the apps you want blocked, and start a session — Build uses Apple's Screen Time to keep you off them until you're done. Every completed session earns you something for your world: a bench, a garden arch, a gazebo. Keep going and your island grows with you. Miss a day and your streak resets, so there's a reason to come back tomorrow. Add friends to see their islands, compare stats, and start a collaborative build together — you both stay off your phones, you both earn the reward. What Build does: • Block chosen apps and categories during a focus session, enforced by Apple's Screen Time • Earn buildings and grow your own island with every completed session • Track your streak and lifetime focus time • Add friends, see their worlds, and start collaborative sessions together • No ads, no third-party trackers, nothing sold — see our Privacy Policy for specifics
