In order to enable both Telelemetry and Remote Operator to function simultaneously, define at least 1 additional port for Remote Operator in the UCR router UniCloud configuration. Do not use the default port for this purpose. Note that if you do not define additional ports, the same port will be used for both Telemetry and Remote Operator. This means that when Remote Operator is active, no Telemetry actions will be performed. The UniCloud App remote access functionality supports UniStream, Samba, and Color Vision product series only.
