Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Tornet Keyboard at 100% against e's 19%. Tornet Keyboard also leads on rating (5.0 vs 3.5). e's advantage is ratings volume (2.5K vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Tornet Keyboard holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: e has 2.5K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of Tornet Keyboard's written reviews are positive against 19% of e's.
