Perioply is a perioperative communication platform that connects operating room staff, schedulers, surgeons, and their office staff. - Perioply enables operating rooms to broadcast their availability to every surgeon and their office staff within a minute’s notice, regardless of how much and which technology they use in their practice. - Perioply gives every surgeon's practice the ability to keep operating room staff aware of their needs and preferences for OR time in real time. - Knowledge is power! Giving operating rooms the knowledge of surgeons’ needs and preferences enables them to fill up unused OR time, which results in increased surgeon satisfaction, increased revenues, and most importantly, increased patient satisfaction! - Having everyone on a single platform even allows providers to release or request blocks directly to and from each other, while keeping OR and office staff in the loop! KEY FEATURES Post OR availability - Complete control over who can see the posting. - Postings can be for an individual surgeon, group of surgeons, service line, or everyone. - Postings can also be customized in multiple ways to achieve desired results. - Expiration date can be set so the posting automatically expires after a set number of days. Post OR Need - We help you build a network of hospitals and their staff who can be easily reached when a need for OR arises. - Instead of just wondering whether an OR is available on a specific date and time at one of the hospitals and then finding a staff member to call everyone, let Perioply do the work for you. - Request can be sent from a phone or computer with just a few clicks by surgeons or their office staff. Release Blocks - ORs can request a surgeon to release a specific block. That request is also received by the surgeon's office staff. - Surgeons or office staff can notify the OR of a specific block they want to release. - Surgeons or office staff can release a block directly to another surgeon. Request Blocks - If you know a block belongs to another surgeon, Perioply allows you to professionally and privately request that block directly from the surgeon. Once the block is released to you, OR staff is automatically notified. - You can also request block release from multiple providers at the same time.

Not everything belongs on a calendar. Some things don’t have a specific date or appointment. You don’t need to schedule them for 9:00 AM. You need to know how long it’s been since you last did them. YOU DON’T NEED: “Water the cactus at 9:00 AM.” YOU NEED: “It’s been 3 weeks since I watered the cactus.” That’s where TrackedTasks comes in. • Calendar is for appointments. • Reminders are for things you need to do. • TrackedTasks is for things you want to keep doing—and keep track of. TRACK WHAT MATTERS Track recurring activities that don’t fit neatly into a calendar. • Water the plants — Know when they were last watered. • Clean the AC — Keep track of maintenance intervals. • Rotate the tires — Remember when your vehicle was last serviced. • Check the roof — Track rainfall and follow up after several dry days. • Exercise — Understand how consistently you’re working out. • Track recurring events — Record what happened and look back over time. Create tasks, monitor countdowns, and see what’s due or overdue. YOUR HISTORY TELLS A STORY Most task apps focus on what’s next. TrackedTasks also remembers what happened before. Record every completion and optionally add a note with details you want to remember. Edit or delete individual records whenever you need to. Completion History • Review your completed activity records. • Add optional notes to individual completions. • Edit or delete existing records. • Keep a history of your recurring activities. Activity Statistics Turn your records into insights about your routines. • Explore completion records. • View activity trends over time. • Analyze intervals between completions. • Measure consistency. • Understand task frequency. Find answers to questions like: • How often am I actually exercising? • When did I last clean the AC? • How frequently does this activity happen? • Am I keeping up with my routine? • Is there a pattern I didn’t notice before? Over time, your records become more than a list of completed tasks. They become a picture of your habits, routines, and recurring activities. SMART OVERDUE NOTIFICATIONS Don’t let overdue tasks disappear from your attention. • Notify once when a task becomes overdue. • Repeat notifications daily until you complete it. MADE FOR REAL LIFE Keep your recurring activities organized without unnecessary complexity. • Create, edit, archive, and delete tasks. • Organize tasks by due, overdue, and archived status. • Set a specific time for a due date. • Receive countdown notifications. • Choose one-time or daily overdue notifications. • Record completions with optional notes. • Review and manage individual completion records. • Explore activity history and statistics. DESIGNED FOR IPHONE AND IPAD A native Apple experience designed to keep task management simple. • Native iPhone interface. • Native iPad layouts for portrait and landscape. • Swipe and long-press quick actions. • Dark Mode. • High-contrast interface. SUBSCRIPTION & PREMIUM FEATURES TrackedTasks offers a free version and an optional annual auto-renewable Premium subscription. The free version provides access to core task-tracking functionality, subject to applicable feature limitations, including a maximum of three active tasks. A Premium subscription unlocks additional functionality, which may include unlimited task creation, advanced statistics and trend charts, iCloud synchronization, CSV export, and other Premium features identified in the app. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Track your routines without creating another account. • No account or sign-up required. • No ads. • No advertising tracking. • No sharing of your data with third parties for advertising. TrackedTasks is designed to make recurring activity tracking simple, useful, and personal.
