WHY YOU'RE STUCK What you've tried so far to get better sleep, lose weight, create a deep, meaningful meditation practice, or effectively use the law of attraction toward things like money, love, or health has been limited by your conscious mind, which is essentially your will-power. The conscious mind is only 5-10% of your mind, whereas the unconscious mind is the powerful remaining 90-95% that drives your behavior. The unconscious mind is where your behavior and patterns originate, and it's where you find your blocks to change. The Unconscious Mind is also the body. RELAXING, NATURAL, AND SAFE When you listen to the mandatory first track: Introduction to Hypnosis (always included free!), you learn what hypnosis is and isn't, and address any fears and misconceptions you may have. Among other things, you learn that you can't be controlled or made to do something that is against your morals, personality, or ethics, that hypnosis is something that happens naturally to you throughout the day (so you too can be hypnotized!), and, that it's probably different from what you THINK it is by what's on tv or in the movies. YOU PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROCESS Aside from the fact you can't be hypnotized unless you want to be, through your feedback you help determine what future tracks are created. And, you can participate in free, 2x/month live Q and A's with the creator of reProgram, Hypnotherapist Jonathan Fischer, as well as have the ability to schedule FREE strategy calls to see if one on one hypnotherapy session with Jonathan are a good fit for you. THIS IS WHAT MAKES REPROGRAM DIFFERENT This personal connection is the key to your success. Although the hypnosis and meditation tracks are designed to be listened to multiple times, new content through member suggestions and feedback, is always being created. And you will feel a personal connection to Jonathan, rather than just the nameless, faceless multitudes of a corporation.
