ViCAFE Loyalty vs Pizzatastico

Hello ViCAFE enthusiast - join our new loyalty program and start earning free coffee with every hot beverage you purchase at one of our Espresso Bars.

Hi, I’m Paolo. I originally built Pizzatastico for myself because I was tired of manually calculating yeast, water, salt, and proofing times with a calculator every time I wanted to bake pizza. My goal with Pizzatastico is simple: to offer a reliable, fail-safe guide for your pizza dough. The parameters and boundaries in the calculator are intentionally chosen to ensure that even beginners get a great, successful dough right from day one. NO MORE GUESSWORK: • Fail-safe calculations: Get exact measurements for yeast, water, and salt, perfectly tuned to your room temperature and schedule. • Room & Cold Proofing: Whether you prefer room temperature proofing or long cold fermentation in the fridge – times and temperatures are accurately matched. • Clear timing & workflow: Know exactly how long your dough should rest and when it’s time to shape your dough balls. • 100% Local & Private: Your recipes and baking sessions remain safely stored on your own device. Pizzatastico isn’t trying to be the "only" or "best" pizza app out there. It’s simply another honest tool in the pizza community – built by a home baker for fellow pizza lovers and anyone looking to learn. I’ve been using it for a long time for my own bakes, and I truly hope it brings real value to your pizza kitchen as well. Happy baking!
