EMRFlow grew up inside OpenEMR. It's the documentation layer for practices that run OpenEMR, and for practices deciding on it. Speak a session and every detail lands in the right field of a structured SOAP, DAP, or narrative note; paste a referral letter and the intake fills itself; OpenEMR stays the system of record, and the wrap-up after a session takes about a minute. It connects over HL7 FHIR R4 and SMART on FHIR, so it also works with any FHIR R4 EHR. No EHR yet? Use it standalone in Solo Practice Mode: notes, scheduling, billing, and telehealth in one app. FOR OPENEMR ADMINISTRATORS • A SMART on FHIR backend-services client reads patients, practitioners, locations, and encounters. No schema changes, no custom modules, no core files touched. • An approved visit posts a draft billing encounter to OpenEMR (date and place of service, facility, diagnosis and procedure codes). The finished note files as a PDF to your connected document storage, not into the chart. Nobody re-keys a visit. • In production today, from solo practices to multi-site agencies. We also publish GPL-licensed OpenEMR utilities, including a self-service password reset: emrflow.com/insights. WHAT YOU GET Each feature is tagged with where it runs: Connected (OpenEMR or another FHIR R4 EHR), Solo Practice, or both. • Voice dictation. Talk for 2 to 5 minutes, get back a structured SOAP note ready to review and sign. (Connected and Solo) • Field-level AI assist. AI fills the fields of your form, not a wall of text, and every draft goes through your review before it is signed. (Connected and Solo) • Smart form filling. ICD-10 codes, CPT codes, supervisor co-signatures, treatment plans, attendance logs. The fields know each other. (Connected and Solo) • Outside physician signature by email for evaluations and treatment plans. (Connected) • Scheduling with patient self-booking through a widget you embed on your site. (Solo Practice) • Telehealth video visits. One tap to start a HIPAA-aligned visit; the patient joins from a link, no app download required. (Solo Practice) • Claims and ERA posting. Submit claims to your clearinghouse, track status, and post 835 remittances to the encounter automatically. (Solo Practice) • Supervision logs for clinicians under licensure hours, as state-board PDFs for FL, CA, NY, TX, PA, IL, OH. (Solo Practice) WORKS OFFLINE Full access to synced patients, forms, and codes without internet. Create and edit forms offline; they sync when you reconnect. SOLO PRACTICE MODE TIERS EMRFlow Solo Practice has Starter, Standard, Pro, and Growth tiers. Available features vary by tier. WHO IT'S FOR • OpenEMR administrators who want AI-assisted, structured documentation on phones and tablets without replacing the EHR. • Practices choosing OpenEMR who want the mobile documentation piece settled before they move. • Therapists at IDD, rehabilitation, and outpatient practices whose billing company already uses EMRFlow. • Solo therapists who outgrew spreadsheets and want one tool for notes, scheduling, and billing. SECURITY AND COMPLIANCE Built on OpenEMR, an ONC HIT 2015 Edition Certified EHR, with native HL7 FHIR R4 and SMART on FHIR 2.0 support. Operated under HIPAA Security Rule safeguards, with Business Associate Agreements across every subprocessor handling protected health information. TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest, hardware-backed device attestation on every install, and architected for the CMS-0057-F mandate effective January 2027. ABOUT THE COMPANY EMRFlow is built by Facets Novum LLC, a US-based team focused on outpatient therapy documentation. We sign BAAs with every practice we serve. EMRFlow is an independent product; OpenEMR is a trademark of its owner, and EMRFlow is not affiliated with or endorsed by the OpenEMR project. About

PsyFi

Features

Notes written while you listen. PsyFi is the AI documentation companion for licensed therapists, counselors, psychologists, and other mental-health clinicians. Record the session on your iPhone and PsyFi drafts the note: accurate transcription with speaker labels, a structured SOAP, DAP, or BIRP note, and a clinical chat assistant for follow-up questions. HOW IT WORKS 1. Tap record for an in-person or telehealth session (with your client's informed consent). 2. Your audio uploads securely and is deleted from your iPhone as soon as the upload completes. 3. PsyFi notifies you by push and email the moment the transcript and note are ready. Review, edit, and copy the note into your EHR. WHAT YOU GET • AI session scribe: a draft progress note minutes after the session, not hours • SOAP, DAP, and BIRP formats, structured for review and export • Transcript with speaker labels • PsyFi Chat: clinical questions, documentation help, and note revisions • Response detail setting: Brief, Balanced, or Detailed for chat replies and generated notes • Clients: link a session to a client record and find every note in one place • Documents: scan a document and bring it into a chat • One account across iPhone and the PsyFi Practice web app, with single sign-on BUILT FOR CLINICAL PRIVACY • Session audio is deleted from your iPhone as soon as it uploads • On-device data is encrypted with iOS Data Protection while your iPhone is locked • Data is encrypted in transit and at rest on PsyFi's servers • Transcription runs on PsyFi's own infrastructure, not a third-party transcription service • PsyFi never uses your sessions to train AI models • Mic-only recording: PsyFi cannot capture audio from other apps • Push notifications and emails never contain client names or note content • Optional Face ID lock and App Switcher redaction • In-app activity log and account deletion • HIPAA-aligned, with a Business Associate Agreement available for your practice FOR LICENSED PROFESSIONALS PsyFi is intended for licensed clinicians practicing under appropriate HIPAA safeguards and Business Associate Agreements. Record sessions only with informed client consent. PsyFi does not provide medical advice, diagnose, or treat; it is a documentation tool for clinical workflow.
