We go through a multitude of debilitating emotions on a daily basis: anxiety, fear, phobias, irritation, isolation, or just feeling down for no particular reason. Most of these emotions are not congruent with our current life; in fact, they are outdated predictions from the brain. How does EmRes® work? The EmRes® app offers three ways to update these outdated predictions so that similar situations will not trigger them in the future. 1- You can listen to two recordings that will introduce you to a Self-EmRes experience and help you resolve an emotional difficulty in the moment when you experience it. 2- You can learn Self-EmRes through videos and guided recordings to become completely autonomous and take charge of your emotional health. 3- If some emotions feel too big or too scary to resolve on your own, you can work with certified practitioners, live, and have them support you integrating these difficult emotions. You will also have access to the practitioner through a Chat. This app is for absolutely everybody, as we are all experiencing emotional challenges of some sorts. It is a combination of videos, recordings, live support from certified practitioners and access to a workbook so you can keep track of your journey toward more emotional peace. Welcome to EmRes®!
Stillee

Stillee is a companion for the harder moments. A panic attack on a Tuesday afternoon, waking at 3 am with a racing mind, the long work of a steadier relationship with your own head. Not a cure. A witness. It sits with you while things settle, and it's built on what the research actually supports. When it's bad, it's free. One tap opens the panic flow, with the breathing already moving. Cyclic sighing, the pattern that outperformed mindfulness on mood in a 2023 Stanford randomized trial. No paywall. The panic flow and the full 3 am experience are free, forever. The part that has to work when nothing else can, works. A panic companion, not a library. - One button. The breath starts. That's the whole interaction. - Triage that routes: racing, drifting, and spiraling each get the right first move. - A reality anchor for derealization, the part of panic nobody talks about. - An aftermath module for the shaky half-hour after, when the next attack usually gets built. - Press and hold your emergency contact, with a local crisis line always one tap away. Built for 3 am. Waking at 3 am is not bedtime with a different timestamp. Stillee has a dedicated 3 am mode. Dim, quiet, no clock staring back and sleep tracks mapped to the moment: cyclic sighing to reset, cognitive shuffle and paradoxical intention for the wired mind, NSDR for deep rest. Every track fades to silence instead of ending. No chimes. No goodbye. If you fall asleep before it finishes, we did our job. A path, not a playlist. When the crisis passes, the practice is what keeps you steady. Stillee ships real programs: an eight-week course built on MBSR, the most-studied mindfulness method in modern psychology, a two-week starter for beginners, and a trimester-aware pregnancy companion. Sessions, short readings, and a journal that talk to each other. Ask Meta Muse AI, Claude or ChatGPT for the panic flow or the 3am track and Stillee hands it back as a link. Crisis tools. Yours, and private. Your journal is wired into everything and kept out of everything. Your written entries are encrypted at rest. What you write is none of our business; we built it that way. Made to be put down. No streaks at bedtime. No badges. No feed to scroll at 11 pm. One voice across the whole app, a catalog where every track was made for a specific moment. Priced for sustainability, not for keeping you in the app longer than you should be. Stillee is a companion built on evidence-based practices. It is not therapy and not a medical device. If you are in danger or crisis, contact your local emergency number or crisis line. — Terms of Service: https://stillee.com/terms Privacy Policy: https://stillee.com/privacy
