8Hz vs Sober City

A sensory experience by artist Svend Sømod. This app uses binaural tones and strobe light effects to create a space for relaxation or meditation. Each ear receives a sound frequency offset by 8Hz, while the phone’s flashlight flickers through closed eyelids at the same rate. This rhythmic pattern may help you find calm. Flashing Lights/Photosensitive Epilepsy Warning This app contains flashing lights that may not be suitable for individuals with photosensitive epilepsy or other conditions affected by light patterns. Please consult a medical professional before using the app if you are unsure. Disclaimer This app is for artistic and entertainment purposes only. It is not intended to provide medical advice or treatment. If you have any concerns, consult with a professional.
