The Quick PIT app is intended for enabling CoC's participating in HUD's Point in Time Count a quick and easy method to securely collect surveys and aggregate the data needed for creating required reports. The app is location based either by entering a manual location or using your device's GPS to obtain the location. Once a location has been created surveys can then be added to that location. After the user has logged in internet connectivity is not required to collect surveys.
