Track every job application from the first "save for later" to the offer that changes your life — without giving up your data. Careertimeline is a job-search tracker built around your phone, not a server. Your jobs, notes, contacts, and interview prep stay on your device. No account required to get started. No subscription needed to use the core features. No analytics watching what you apply to. — THE PIPELINE — • 8-stage pipeline: Saved → Applied → Phone Screen → Interviewing → Technical → Offer → Rejected → Withdrawn • Swipe right or left on any job to move it forward or back • Add the full picture in one screen: title, company, URL, location, salary, type, remote, tags, notes • City autocomplete that works without location permission • Confetti when you reach Offer — you earned it — ONE TIMELINE FOR YOUR WHOLE SEARCH — Jobs, reminders, interview events, and tasks share one chronological feed grouped by day — Today, Tomorrow, Yesterday, and dated weekdays. Tap the Timeline tile any time to jump back to today. — PLANNER & FOCUS TIMER — • Per-job task checklists with optional focus-timer durations • Calendar + agenda + reminders + notes in one place • Pomodoro-style focus timer with flip-clock digits, fullscreen mode, and Live Activity countdown • Interview reminders delivered as time-sensitive banners that punch through Focus modes — AI THAT'S ALWAYS FREE — We never charge for AI. Pro adds unlimited Smart Import and AI documents, the Insights dashboard, PDF export, multiple resume profiles, the large agenda widget, and advanced tags & search — as a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. — INSIGHTS YOU ACTUALLY USE — • Status breakdown charts and conversion rates • Weekly application streaks • Pipeline funnel with response and offer rates • Export your full pipeline to PDF — MADE FOR THE WAY iOS WORKS — • Light, dark, and follow-system appearance • Customisable accent colour (nine palette options) • Full Dynamic Type and accessibility-friendly defaults • Reduce Motion respected throughout • Haptics and sound effects you can switch off — ON IPHONE, IPAD AND MAC — One app, every screen: a desktop-class dashboard on iPad and Mac — sidebar navigation, global search, a sortable jobs table, side-panel tools.
