FORGE: BUILD HABITS. TRACK GOALS. LEVEL UP YOUR LIFE. Stop waiting for motivation. Start building momentum. Forge is the performance tracking app designed for men who want real results—not another journaling app that collects digital dust. DAILY CHECK-INS THAT ACTUALLY MATTER Most habit trackers just let you tick boxes. Forge goes deeper. Our 8-question daily check-in helps you reflect on what's working, what's not, and what needs to change. Track your mindset, energy, challenges, and wins—then watch as our AI identifies patterns you'd miss on your own. Build your streak. Earn 50 XP per check-in. Watch your consistency compound into real progress. AI COACHING THAT KEEPS YOU HONEST Forge AI Coach isn't here to coddle you. It's here to call you out when you're running on fumes, celebrate when you're crushing it, and guide you toward sustainable growth. Analyzes your last 10 check-ins to spot burnout, progress, and opportunities Gives you straight-talk insights based on YOUR data, not generic advice Creates custom habits and missions tailored to your goals Asks the tough questions: "What does a realistic break look like for you right now?" No fluff. No generic motivational quotes. Just AI-powered accountability that adapts to your journey. PROGRESS TRACKING Level up as you build consistency: - Bronze Tier (0-999 XP) – You're just getting started - Silver Tier (1,000-4,999 XP) – Momentum is building - Gold Tier (5,000-14,999 XP) – You're in elite territory - Platinum Tier (15,000-49,999 XP) – Top 5% consistency - Diamond Tier(50,000+ XP) – Legendary status Every check-in earns XP. Every streak matters. Every tier unlocked proves you're not the same person you were last month. BUILD HABITS THAT FIT YOUR LIFE Create custom habits across every area that matters: - Fitness – Morning workouts, meal prep, training splits - Knowledge – Reading, courses, skill development - Financial – Saving goals, side hustle milestones - Service – Volunteering, mentorship, giving back - Relationship – Quality time, communication, presence - Other – Whatever moves the needle for YOU Choose daily or specific-day schedules. Pick custom icons. Track what actually matters instead of generic templates. SET GOALS AND WATCH THEM HAPPEN Big goals need visual tracking. Forge lets you create missions with: Clear targets ($10,000 saved, 50 workouts completed, book finished) Deadline countdowns that keep urgency high Progress circles that show exactly where you stand Category tags to organize across life domains Stop letting goals live in your head. Put them on the screen where you can't ignore them. DESIGNED FOR MEN WHO WANT MORE Forge isn't for everyone. It's for guys aged 18-30 who are tired of spinning their wheels and ready to track their way to the next level. If you want: - Real accountability, not participation trophies - Data-driven insights, not feel-good platitudes - Habits that stick, not 30-day streaks that fizzle - Clear progress metrics, not vague "personal growth" Then Forge is for you. WHY FORGE WORKS Most apps either gamify without substance or track without engagement. Forge combines both: the psychological pull of XP and tiers with the depth of daily reflection and AI coaching. You get: Immediate feedback (check-in complete, XP earned, streak extended) Pattern recognition (AI spots what you miss) Visual progress (watch goals fill up in real-time) Sustainable systems (build habits that fit your actual life) YOUR NEXT MOVE You can keep thinking about getting your life together. Or you can download Forge, complete your first check-in, and start building proof that you're capable of more. The forge is where raw material becomes something stronger. Time to put in the work.
