OCECD vs Guiding Growth

The Ohio Coalition for the Education of Children with Disabilities (OCECD) is thrilled to introduce the OCECD App, a dynamic mobile application designed to bring you swift access to a wealth of resources, events, and training information. We're putting everything OCECD at your fingertips, ensuring you stay seamlessly connected with the support and knowledge you need.

Guiding Growth is your mobile gateway to compliant, compassionate, and scalable training solutions for long-term care facilities. Designed for busy administrators, frontline workers, and onboarding coordinators, our app transforms the complex process of employee onboarding into a clear, engaging experience. Key Features: - Mobile-First Onboarding: Access core onboarding tools like 30-Day Checklists, welcome videos, and scavenger hunts—anytime, anywhere. - AI-Powered Assistant: Integrated support from Willow, your facility’s smart onboarding guide, tailored to regulatory and role-based needs. - Role Frameworks & Career Pathing: Built-in templates for roles from CNAs to Directors of Nursing, with mapped KPIs and progression guides. - Custom LMS Integration: Launch in-service trainings, compliance modules, and leadership development directly through the app. - Analytics & Reporting: Managers receive dashboard insights on staff progress, engagement, and completion rates. - Support for Single-Site and Multi-Site Operations: Scalable training access and consistent cultural onboarding across locations. Guiding Growth is more than a training tool—it’s a cultural blueprint for care teams.
