Language learning requires study. I was disappointed with the flash card apps that were available, so I decided to write my own. I have been studying French for 20 years, I don't know why, but I want to learn French. I can never remember the genders of the nouns. In this app, I made it so gendered nouns have colors, and it works, now when I remember a noun, I can see the flash card it was on, and I know by the color what gender it is. If you are more of an auditory learner, I added sounds that are played before the word is pronounced. There are a variety of sounds (and colors) and you can assign what you associate with the gender. I made a travel mode that plays each set on repeat. You can have the words spoken, or not. You can practice answering. You can write in your answer, or speak it. You can get a clue, if you want. These are all options you can turn off. And if you would like, you can score points. 1 point for each card you study once per hour, and 10 points for filling out a correct answer, once per day, up to 10 times.
