Until vs Minima Do

A reliable, ad-free tool to swiftly organize your plans, projects, exams, assignments & homework. Comprehensive design and limitless storage lets you focus on the task at hand, while allowing you to keep track of all your due and completed assignments. No login, no internet dependency, no loading times, no freemium. This to-do list simply does what it should — and does it well.

Too much in your head? Say it. It's on your list. Minima Do turns what you say into what you need: a to-do list, meeting notes, a tidy journal, or help while you talk. One button, four ways to use it. TO-DOS Talk for a minute. Minima Do splits it into separate to-dos, and the days you mention become due dates. "Call the dentist Friday, buy milk, and send Sam the deck" becomes three to-dos, one of them due Friday. MEETINGS Can't listen and take notes? Record the meeting, up to two hours. When it ends you get a title, a summary and every action item, written for you. Meeting to-dos stay out of your list unless you switch them on. JOURNAL Brainstorm, vent, wander. Think out loud and read it back as a clean, titled entry that only you can see. LIVE Stuck for words on a big call? Go Live. It listens and drops in short cards: what to say next, a sharp question, the actions to take. Keep the cards you want. YOUR WORDS, SPELLED RIGHT Add the names, products and jargon you use. Every transcript and summary spells them your way. ON YOUR HOME SCREEN Widgets for your open to-dos, your latest meetings and journal entries, and a quick record button. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Meeting audio is deleted once it is transcribed. • To-do, journal and Live audio is never stored. • Your journal is only yours. • No ads, no tracking, and your data is never sold. • Sign in with Apple, Google or a code we email you. No passwords. Before your first recording, Minima Do asks your permission for AI processing and tells you which services do it.
