Halaqat is an Arabic app for memorizing the Holy Quran and running Quran memorization circles — for individuals and for centers. For everyone (no account needed to start): • The Madinah Mushaf: clear King Fahd Complex script, page images. • Tap any verse to hear it recited (Minshawi or Husary), repeat it to memorize, or play a page or range with the current verse highlighted — playback continues with the screen locked. • Al-Muyassar tafsir for every verse, plus Ibn Kathir and Al-Tabari. • A ready memorization plan in two taps, an automatic daily portion, and a "complete the verse" quiz. • Reading khatmas at your own pace, and shared khatmas with family and friends. • Daily wird, morning/evening/sleep adhkar with counters, and daily reminders at the time you choose. • Prayer times with adhan by well-known muezzins, qibla direction, and a 40-day takbir al-ihram tracker. • Dark mode, adjustable font size, and a simplified mode for seniors. For memorization centers and teachers: • Circles and groups with a full record for each student: attendance, new memorization and revision with grades, plans, monthly evaluation and levels. • Student accounts that show the assigned portion on the mushaf, and parent accounts that follow their children. • Attendance by scanning the student's QR code. • Monthly reports, alerts for struggling students, and attendance/memorization analytics. • Works offline: attendance and recitations are saved and sent later. No ads and no tracking. Each center's data is visible only to that center. Sources: the Madinah Mushaf and Al-Muyassar tafsir from the King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Holy Quran; recitations from everyayah.com.
