Your fitness goal, but flexible. Sound familiar? You missed your daily goal and feel bad – even though you were twice as active yesterday. Daily goals are rigid and ignore how your life actually works. We're changing that. The concept: Weighted average instead of daily target Instead of demanding the exact same effort every single day, this app looks at your average over multiple days. Set how many steps or calories you want to reach on average – and the app calculates it on a rolling basis. Walked 20,000 steps in one day? Then feel free to take it easy tomorrow. Had a lazy Sunday? No problem, as long as your average holds up. Weighted, not just averaged Not every day counts equally. What you did yesterday has more impact than what happened three weeks ago. The weighted average ensures your recent activity matters most – while older days gradually fade. This keeps your goal realistic and current. You choose the timeframe Decide for yourself how many days your average is calculated over. Whether 7, 14, or 28 days – find the setting that fits your lifestyle. Two modes for your goals • Steps: Set an average step goal and stay active in the long run. • Calories: Track your active calorie burn as an average instead of day by day. At a glance • Weighted rolling average instead of rigid daily goals • Steps and calorie mode • Freely adjustable averaging period • Clear chart with history, daily target, and average line • Apple Health integration For everyone who wants to stay active – without the daily pressure. Fitness should feel good. Not like a chore you have to complete every single day. With a flexible average goal, you stay motivated without the stress.
