Faith isn't a feeling. It grows through action. You In Mind is a faith-building companion that helps you take small, meaningful steps every day β€” steps shaped around what you actually have the capacity for. HOW IT WORKS First check-in of the day: tell us how much energy you have. Low, okay, great, or on fire. The app suggests a handful of actions to match. On a low day that might be one small thing. On a good day, more. Whether that's morning for you or the start of a night shift, the app greets you for the time of day it actually is. During the day: complete an action and it rewrites itself in the past tense β€” quiet proof you did it. Add your own challenge if you have one in mind, or plan one for tomorrow. End of the day: a short check-in on how it felt, then a gentle wind-down. That's the whole app. Two or three minutes at the start of your day and again at the end. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT β€’ No streaks, no totals, nothing to break. Missing a day costs you nothing. Opening the app is the win. β€’ Actions are matched to your energy, not to a fixed plan. Some days your step will be small. Every faithful step matters. β€’ Reminders that fit your life. Set the same wake and wind-down time every day, or a different time for each day if you work shifts. Days off are allowed. β€’ The Mind Log is a quiet record of your energy and mood over time. It's for noticing, not for scoring. Switch it off in Settings if you'd rather not look back. β€’ Your own challenges stay on your phone. We never see them. BUILT TO ASK FOR AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE β€’ No account needed. Everything works on your phone without signing in. β€’ Optional sign-in by email link, if you want your check-ins backed up. No password. β€’ No ads. No analytics. No tracking. Nothing to buy. β€’ Delete your account and all your data from inside the app, any time. You In Mind encourages faith in yourself, faith in others, and faith in what's possible. Some suggested actions are spiritual, like prayer or reading scripture; many are everyday acts of care and courage. You In Mind is not therapy, medical care, or a crisis service. If you're in crisis, the app shows contacts for support in Australia and New Zealand, and you should call emergency services. Made by Hahake Collective Pty Limited. Questions: hello@youinmind.app
