The "Magic Mitten" app is designed for Ukrainian children affected by war. It is a SEL (social and emotional learning) psychological first aid kit, based on a tale with exercises and tools, teaching ways to relax, be aware of their feelings and cope better. Created by Dr. Hesna Al Ghaoui, Dr. Solfrid Raknes, and illustrator Bibor Timko.

Sprout EQ is an app designed specifically to support children with special needs in enhancing their social skills and communication abilities. Using a friendly and engaging mascot, Sprout EQ encourages children to interact through a colorful and intuitive interface. The app features several interactive modules: Guest Mode and Profile Management: Children can start quickly in Guest Mode or switch profiles with ease, allowing for a personalized experience that tracks individual progress. Phrase Builder: This tool helps children construct sentences and express themselves using a variety of emoji categories, from animals to everyday objects, thereby promoting language development and emotional expression. Emotion Game: This game is designed to help children recognize and express different emotions through emoji-based feedback, supporting their emotional intelligence growth. Reflection Mode: This feature encourages children to reflect on their day or current mood, offering customizable timers to guide their thought process. User-Friendly Settings: Easy-to-navigate settings ensure that caregivers can adjust the app to suit the child's personal learning pace and preferences.
