Responsibilities that turn into achievements. Giving allowance may become messy: it gets promised, we forget, we lose track of how much we owe each kid, and we end up buying them things "just because" instead of letting them earn it. midom fixes exactly that. Assign tasks that are worth money or points. Set up allowance to pay out automatically every week — with no conditions, or only if your kid hits their points goal that week. You stop having to remember; the app keeps track for you. Beyond money, the points they earn can also be redeemed for rewards from the family's catalog — an extra on top of allowance to keep them motivated. When you buy them something with your card or cash, open midom and deduct it from "their" virtual money — so what you spend on them still counts as part of what they've already earned. With midom you can: • Create tasks and assign them to your kids • Schedule tasks for specific days • Create shared tasks anyone can complete • Assign money or points to each task • Set up automatic allowance, with or without a points condition • Create a rewards catalog they redeem with their points • Adjust the balance when you buy something on your own • Track the balance each child has earned • Check their progress and history • Encourage good habits and responsibility in a simple, fun way midom is free to start. The MIDOM Familia membership (with a free trial) unlocks extra features for parents, like full history and multiple savings goals per child. The money and points inside the app are virtual — midom is not a bank and doesn't handle real money; rewards are agreed on and handed over at home. Fewer reminders. More responsibility. More achievements.
