Kine is a body-state dashboard for Apple Watch users. It reads heart rate, HRV, sleep, activity, energy expenditure, and other HealthKit data. Combined with live Apple Watch heart rate, Kine turns scattered signals into clear, actionable views of performance, recovery, body load, and training rhythm. HealthKit data is processed on your device. The challenge feature uses CloudKit only for a randomized device ID, challenge status, and aggregated performance summaries.
