Lumen helps community inspection teams find lighting issues, record clear observations, and send coordinated reports to the people responsible for repairs. Connect your work device using your community's setup code. Enter your name, find a light on the labeled map or by its identifier, and record an outage with optional notes and photos. Connected devices receive a shared inventory of light locations and identifiers. Authorized setup users can add and correct locations. Each inspector keeps an independent patrol, so another inspector's selections do not replace your active report. Work saves on your device first, with synchronization and report delivery available when connected. Review your reported issues, organized by location, then submit. Lumen prepares the report package and emails the recipients configured for your community. If central preparation is unavailable, the app can prepare files locally. Saved reports remain available for retry when a connection fails. Report formats and setup are arranged for each community. Additions to the last submitted report are available for eight hours. Designed for iPhone and iPad, with light and dark appearance, labeled maps, Follow and Direction lock modes, and an included Apple Watch companion for approximate nearby-light guidance and outage logging through the paired iPhone. An administrator-issued community code is required. Lumen currently supports its initial Fiddler's Creek pilot; additional community setup is arranged with Lumen. Location access is optional. Online map tiles, community synchronization and email submission require an internet connection. Optional usage and performance diagnostics help improve the app.
