On August 2, 2027, a total solar eclipse will cross southern Spain, North Africa, Egypt and Arabia, and in Upper Egypt the sky will stay dark for more than six minutes, a totality no eclipse will match until 2114. The Eclipse App is your companion for the whole day: an interactive map of the path of totality, a rehearsal so you know what's coming, and a live countdown that guides you second by second, from first contact to the moment your eclipse glasses come off. ▶ YOUR ECLIPSE See exactly what the eclipse looks like from your location: whether you'll see totality, how long it lasts, how much of the Sun is covered, and when every phase begins and ends, down to the second. Outside the path? You'll see your partial eclipse times too. Preview your sky in advance, and turn on Day-of Alerts so nothing sneaks up on you. ▶ THE MAP Explore the path of totality from the Strait of Gibraltar across Spain, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya and Egypt, and on over Saudi Arabia and Yemen. Tap any spot on the eclipse map to see its timing, how long totality lasts there, and how far it sits from the path. Comparing two towns? The map makes the tradeoffs easy to see, and Travel mode shows how long the drive into the path takes from cities nearby. ▶ HEAT, DUST AND CLOUDS In 2027 the Sun stands high over much of the path, nearly overhead in Egypt and Arabia, and in August the heat and the desert dust matter as much as the clouds. Historical maps of heat, dust haze and cloud cover show what each spot has typically been like at eclipse hour, so you can plan for shade, water and the clearest sky. ▶ REHEARSAL Practice eclipse day before it arrives, at your own pace. Walk through every phase from first contact to last, learn when glasses go on and come off, and try the camera and recorder ahead of time, so the real day feels familiar instead of frantic. ▶ LIVE COUNTDOWN When the day comes, the eclipse countdown guides you in real time: what's happening, what to watch for, and exactly when it's safe to take your glasses off. An optional spoken audio guide keeps you hands-free. The totality countdown also stays live on your Lock Screen, so a glance is all it takes. ▶ SNAP AND RECORD Take a photo without leaving the countdown. Scene mode shows the strange light around you, and Sun mode helps you aim and expose for the Sun itself. Or tap Record, put your phone down, and keep the sound of totality: the hush, the gasps, the cheers. ▶ RELIVE Afterward, press play. Your photos and recordings play back on the eclipse's own timeline, just as they happened. It's the closest thing to standing back under the Moon's shadow. Sign in to back up your spots and Relives to your account. ▶ GOOD TO KNOW - Free to use, no account needed and no subscriptions. Chaser, the clear-sky forecasting upgrade, is a single one-time purchase per eclipse. - Available in ten languages: English, Spanish, Catalan, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic, Icelandic, and Japanese. - Useful across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and beyond: even far from totality, you can see how much of the Sun will be covered where you are. A note on safety: outside of totality, only look at the Sun through certified eclipse glasses or solar filters. The app tells you when, and proper glasses do the protecting. A total solar eclipse is brief, and it doesn't wait. We built this app so you can spend those minutes looking up. theeclipse.app/privacy theeclipse.app/terms

Explore all the restaurants, rides, resorts, and shows. Compare scores side by side and discover what's worth your time. Park days are short. Reservations are hard to get. And every restaurant, ride, resort, and show looks great in the photos. DISData helps you decide what actually deserves a spot on your trip, using detailed scores across the categories that matter. SCORED, NOT JUST RATED A single star rating tells you almost nothing. DISData scores every experience across the things that actually matter, with categories weighted differently for each type. Restaurants are scored on food, menu variety, service, theming, value, and whether you'd go back. Rides on thrill, theming, smoothness, queue, re-ride value, and more. Resorts on rooms, location, transportation, dining, relaxation, and other important factors. You see the full breakdown, not just the number. COMPARE ANYTHING, SIDE BY SIDE Torn between two dining reservations? Two resorts? Two rides competing for your time? Pin any two and compare them category by category, with the winner highlighted on each row. No more jumping between browser tabs trying to remember which one scored better. WHAT'S INSIDE Explore all the experiences across parks, resorts, and cruise ships — including restaurants, rides, resorts, shows, events, festivals, tours, and cruises. Filter by destination, park, land, price, cuisine, service style, and dozens of other details to narrow down exactly what you're looking for. REAL REVIEWERS Scores come from real DISData reviewers sharing their experiences. Browse reviewers, see what they've reviewed, and follow the people whose tastes and priorities match yours.
