NMJL Online vs Mahjee

Play Official NMJL Mah Jongg versus other players online or polish your skills against seven different AI players. Includes a detailed interactive tutorial for new players. Each year since 1937, the National Mah Jongg League has mailed out cards containing their "Official Standard Hands and Rules" for the year. In the spring, members eagerly await the arrival of the new card, which brings fresh challenges for players. Now, the National Mah Jongg League has created NMJL Online(tm), its very own official online version of the tabletop game. Anyone with the official annual card plus an online game membership can play NMJL Online. Select from several colorful visual themes and four beautiful tile sets. Optional male and female voices and sound effects help players keep up the pace. If three friends aren’t available to play, meet new friends in the lobby or select from a wide range of AI players to add to your game. In addition, if a player drops out or loses their Internet connection, AI players can take over and keep the game moving until the original player is able to re-join. Downloading the app is free. Those without a membership can still play through the tutorial. In order to play the online game, however, you must purchase the physical card and online game membership from the National Mah Jongg League. An Internet connection is also required. This app includes auto-renewing subscription options and is offered under the terms of the standard Apple End-User License Agreement, which may be viewed here: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Learning American Mahjong can feel like a lot at first. Mahjee makes it calm and clear, a few friendly minutes a day, until the card you once squinted at starts to feel like an old friend. LEARN, STEP BY STEP Short lessons take you from your very first tile to reading the whole table, in plain English, with a quick drill at the end of each one so it sticks. Beginner, intermediate and advanced, at your own pace. PLAY REAL HANDS Sit down with Vera, Ruth and Joyce for a full game, Charleston, calls, jokers and all. When you're not sure, the table shows the tile it would let go and says why in a line. A FRESH PUZZLE EVERY DAY Five short daily puzzles, the same for everyone: pick the best three tiles to pass, find the tiles that don't belong, spot the dangerous discard and more. Keep your streak going and share your score. A COACH AT YOUR ELBOW Wondering why? Ask the coach about any move and get a plain answer, then keep asking. FREE AND PRO The beginner course, the table, the daily puzzles and unlimited practice are free, with no sign-up needed. Mahjee Pro adds the coach, graded drills inside every intermediate and advanced lesson, this year's card section by section with practice on each, and every future year's card the day it comes out. Whether you're brand new to the table or brushing up before game day, Mahjee meets you where you are. Works with the current year's card. Mahjee is an independent study aid and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any card publisher. Mahjee Pro is an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple Account at purchase and renews automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account settings.
