Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Unit Ease at 5.0 against Secure App's 3.8. Unit Ease also leads on ratings volume (67 vs 4) and device support (4 vs 1). Secure App's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 4 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
