MK is a personal tool designed to help you move forward without pressure. It is not an app to optimize every minute or push productivity. It is a calm space to write things down, keep track of your path, and stay connected to what matters. MK brings together tasks, intentions, and lived experiences in a simple and respectful way. TODOS — THE PRESENT Write down what you need to do, simply. Everyday tasks, without forced structure or rigid systems. Fast creation Optional subtasks Gentle reminders, only when you want them Automatic iCloud synchronization Todos are here to support you, not to rush you. GOALS — INTENTIONS A goal in MK is not a detailed plan. It is an intention you want to keep in mind. A title is enough No required subtasks No imposed checklists When a goal is completed, it becomes a memory. When it is no longer relevant, you can gently let it go. Because changing direction is also part of the path. WORKOUT — THE EXPERIENCE MK connects with Apple Health to display your workouts automatically. Last workout at a glance Simple workout history Manual entries when needed Personal effort feeling (easy, medium, hard) You can also add up to three photos per workout: yourself, the place, or a moment detail. Movement becomes a lived experience, not just data. TIMELINE — MEMORY Completed and released goals appear in a timeline. What you have lived What you have chosen to leave behind No failure. No comparison. Just time moving forward. DASHBOARD — A CALM ANCHOR A quiet space to pause and reconnect. A greeting A reflective sentence Your weekly workouts Your latest training A gentle sense of time (year or season) A place to breathe, not to perform. PRIVACY FIRST No account required No ads No data sold Everything is stored locally and synced with iCloud MK is built to last, not to capture attention. WHY MK EXISTS MK comes from Maryo and the first letter of my last name. I created this app because I never found a tool that truly felt like mine. I believe life is not linear. Goals change. Some things are lived, others are gently released. MK is a space to move at your own pace, stay human, and remember the path. CGU : https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
