CoachSlate gives independent athletes, personal trainers, and connected clients one focused place to manage training. Trainers can build seven-day programs, create custom exercises, prescribe sets, reps and weight, manage meals, review progress, message clients, and open a simplified In the Gym session view. Trainers also have a separate My Training area for their own workouts. Clients can follow their coach-designed plan, record every set, track body-weight check-ins, review progress, message their trainer, and keep personal workouts separate from the trainer’s program. Independent athletes can build their own seven-day plan, manage custom exercises and meals, use rest timers and In the Gym mode, and keep their progress ready if they later connect with a trainer. On Apple Watch, CoachSlate supports a focused workout companion and optional heart-rate/workout recording through Apple Health. Health access is optional and controlled by the user. CoachSlate is designed for independent trainers and gym teams. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any gym chain.
