Health Import Tool
Read full descriptionHide full description
You have years of workouts in Strava, or Garmin, or a folder of files from a watch you no longer own. Apple Health has some of them. Working out which is the job nobody wants to do by hand. Health Import Tool reads a zip of exported workouts and writes what is missing into Apple Health. It checks every activity against what you already have, so it never creates a second copy of a run you already recorded. IT READS WHAT YOU ALREADY HAVE Strava bulk exports, Garmin exports, or just a zip of FIT, GPX and TCX files. No account, no sign-in, no server. IT NEVER DUPLICATES Every workout is matched against Health before anything is written. Run the same export twice and the second run writes nothing. IT TELLS YOU WHAT IT CANNOT DO Apple only lets an app delete data it wrote itself, so a workout already in Health from your watch stays. HIT adds the heart rate, cadence and power that are missing, and leaves energy and distance alone, because adding those would double-count your Move ring. You decide, one workout at a time. IT PICKS UP WHERE IT LEFT OFF A long import that gets interrupted carries on from where it stopped. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE There is no account and no server. Nothing about your workouts leaves the device. The first 100 workouts are free. A single purchase removes the limit, and it is not a subscription.
