Q360 is a mobile field service app built for service technicians. It connects to your organization's Q360 ERP system, giving technicians everything they need to manage their work from the field. Designed offline-first, the app works without an internet connection after the initial sync. Technicians working in basements, remote sites, or areas with poor connectivity can continue working uninterrupted. The app periodically syncs in the background to send and receive updates. Key features: - View and manage your assigned service calls and project tasks - Access call details including site contacts, access instructions, and recent technician history - Complete checklists and log parts usage - Record equipment deficiencies during inspections - Capture photos of documents, expense receipts, and deficiencies using the device camera - Collect customer signatures to sign off on completed work - View your schedule and PTO on a calendar - Enter and review expenses - Submit HR requests for time off - Review and update time billings - Background GPS tracking during active time bills, so dispatchers and team members can see technician locations on the map for scheduling and coordination To get started, enter your organization's domain to connect to your Q360 environment and sign in with your credentials.
