InTouch helps you stay close to the people who matter, without turning friendship into a chore. New to InTouch? After a short setup you start a membership: a yearly subscription with a 2-week free trial, a monthly subscription, or a lifetime purchase. Every option includes everything, and prices are shown in the App Store. Already have InTouch? Nothing changes for you: you keep everything, including features added later. Pick who matters and how often you want to talk: weekly, every two weeks, monthly, or every three months. Log it when you do, with one tap. When someone is coming up, you get a single gentle nudge. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT โ€ข Never a nag. At most two notifications a day: one reminder a few days before someone is due, and one evening check-in asking who you talked to. If you miss someone, one quiet notice the day after, then silence until you log something. โ€ข Names the person and the gap, never your failure. "It's been 3 weeks since you and Anna talked. They'll be happier to hear from you than you expect." โ€ข Logged it, straight from the notification. No need to open the app. โ€ข An evening check-in that lets you mark everyone you talked to today in one go. โ€ข No account and no ads. Your people and notes stay on your iPhone, unless you choose to show your plans in Calendar. The app sends anonymous usage statistics and the purchase details your membership needs; the privacy policy explains it all. Export a copy any time. MORE THAN A REMINDER โ€ข Important dates. Birthdays, anniversaries and other yearly days, with optional reminders a week before and on the day. Adding someone from Contacts can bring their birthday along. โ€ข Follow-ups. Something to ask or do for someone, on a date or "next time we talk". Tick it off when you log the conversation. โ€ข Plans. The next call, text or meetup with someone, on a day and, if you like, at a time. See it on Today, in the Agenda with everything else coming up, and in Apple Calendar if you turn that on. โ€ข Remember. Save the lasting details about a person, like their kids' names or their new job, and see them on their page. โ€ข Photos from Contacts, the camera or Photos, so you recognize everyone at a glance. REMEMBER THEIR LIFE Save gift ideas for each person and link them to a birthday or another date, so the next occasion starts with a list and with what you gave last time. Add the moments in their life, like an interview or a move, and InTouch reminds you to wish them luck the day before and to ask how it went after. Before a call, the Before you talk card brings together last time, what to ask, what to remember and what's coming up. You can also log a conversation from Shortcuts or Siri. HOW IT WORKS 1. Add a person. Pick them from Contacts or type a name. 2. Choose a cadence that feels right for that relationship. 3. When you talk, tap the check. Text, call, or in person, with an optional note. 4. Today shows who's due, most overdue first, next to the follow-ups, moments and dates coming up. BUILT FOR PEOPLE WHO LOSE TRACK If out of sight means out of mind for you, InTouch keeps the people you love in sight. It works just as well for friends who moved away, family in another time zone, or the friend you keep meaning to call back. Subscriptions renew until you cancel, which you can do any time in your Apple Account settings. A calm, private companion for the people you love: partner, family, and friends, all in one place. Get a gentle nudge when it's been too long, remember what's going on in their lives, and find the words for the conversations that are hard to start. No paywall. No ads. No tracking. No accounts. What it does: - A calm "Today" that shows only who to reach out to and what's coming up, never a guilt trip - Keep what matters about each person: how you met, important dates, what they love, what to ask about next time - Note how to relate to someone: an optional personality read with plain, supportive guidance - "Have the Conversation": a quiet space to prepare for the hard, honest talks. An apology, a hurt, something you've held back, one step at a time - A "Me" manual about yourself: the things you'd want the people who love you to understand, yours to keep and yours to share - Reminders to reach out, on your terms: set a rhythm for each person, or none at all Your data stays with you. Everything you write lives on your phone. There are no accounts, and what you record about the people in your life is never sent anywhere. Keep your own encrypted backup, and share your "Me" manual only when you choose to. What it doesn't do: No paywall. No ads. No tracking. No accounts. No subscriptions. No streaks, no guilt. The whole app is the whole app, free. Send feedback: feedback@joshapproved.com
