The list only shows what matters right now. In the morning they see morning chores, and the afternoon and evening ones stay folded away until it is time. Bigger jobs like tidying a room can carry a short checklist underneath, so "clean your room" turns into three specific things instead of an argument about what clean means. Everything else sits behind a parent PIN. That is where you decide who does what on which days, using one grid for the whole family.
