fiammo is a place to write something small every day, for the people you choose, and let it go. Each day there's a prompt. Answer it in a line or a page, or tap one of its options and say why. Write it as a post for your friends, or keep it to Just me, where only you can read it. On Saturdays the prompt asks how your week went, in two taps. A post burns after a while: it's there for a day, then it's gone, so what you write is for now, not for a record. Your friends are in circles you make, and every post goes to the circles you pick, or to a few people by name. A post is only public if you make it public. Add photos or a video, a voice note with its words beneath it, or the place you wrote it, and tag the friends who were there. Write on a day and your streak burns: a fire that grows the longer you keep it, with Puff, the ember, living at it. Miss a day and a match can relight it. Once you've answered the day's question, guess what one friend picked. You find out when their answer is in, and over time you see who knows you best. When something a friend wrote stays with you, echo it: choose the line, add a note if you like, and it goes to them as a message. Echoes are how conversations start here. Messages are encrypted end to end, one to one and in group chats. Only the people in a conversation can read it. Send photos, videos, voice notes, links with a preview, and reactions, and share a link from another app straight into a conversation. A message written without a connection sends when you're back. Open a conversation's details to see everything the two of you have shared, gathered by month. Discover is the public side: posts anyone chose to make public, and people you may know. A profile can point to where else someone writes. At the start of each month, fiammo offers you a dump of the last one: your photos, a few posts worth bringing back, and what you wrote about, for the circles you choose. A post of yours, even one that has burned, can go out as a link that lasts a day. Catch up is a private list of people you want to stay close to, with a reminder on a schedule you set, so keeping in touch isn't left to chance. Over time, your writing becomes a sky: a constellation read once a week from what you wrote, with a star for each thing you keep coming back to. Your profile keeps the month's writing at a glance, and turns over to show your fire. fiammo is for a small circle, not a crowd. Write for the people who matter to you, and let the rest burn.
