Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: BAS Events at 5.0 against Bazzarcards's 4.0. BAS Events also leads on update cadence (every 8 days vs every 3 weeks). Bazzarcards's advantage is ratings volume (10 vs 2) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
