Verdict
The clearest difference is price: Weather Now Pro at Free against Computer Weather's $2.99. Weather Now Pro also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 18.2). Computer Weather's advantage is ratings volume (5 vs 1). On rating, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Weather Now Pro is free to download; Computer Weather costs $2.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Weather Now Pro against 5.0 for Computer Weather. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Computer Weather has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.
