Aliven vs Rewyld

Aliven is a curated library of somatic practices designed to bring depth, sensation, and embodied awareness back into daily life. Aliven is for those who have touched expanded states — through travel, creativity, nature, ceremony, or peak experiences — and are looking for a way to live from that place, not chase it. Inside the app you’ll find guided somatic journeys, sensory-based practices, movement, breath, kriyas, meditations, and embodied rituals designed to reorganize how you perceive, move, and inhabit your body. These practices sharpen perception, restore contact with sensation, and bring aliveness back online — in a way that feels intelligent, grounded, and real. Use Aliven to: • Reconnect with your body beyond thinking about it • Stabilize expanded awareness into everyday life • Restore creativity, presence, and felt intuition • Move beyond mechanical routines into lived experience This is not about becoming someone new. It’s about returning to what’s already alive.
