Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: Cat Keyboard at freemium against RushList's subscription. RushList's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 83%) and update cadence (every 6 days vs fortnightly). On price, rating, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.
