Ojas

Ojas is a companion for brahmacharya — the Vedic discipline of conserving and transmuting vital energy, held not as restriction but as sādhana. Ojas is a subscription practice: after a short setup you choose a plan, and the whole app opens. The annual plan begins with a 3-day free trial. It does not try to sell you the practice. It assumes you have begun, and it holds you across the day. • Your energy body, drawn as it charges — the practice made visible rather than counted. Seven stages from ignition to stewardship, drawn from the classical timelines. • A teaching each morning from a corpus of thirty-three attributed passages: Sivananda and the yoga lineage, Gandhi, the Jain teachers, the Vedanta commentators, and the Western regeneration writers — chosen for where you are. • An honest reading of your energy — ojas, prāṇa, tejas — shifting as the practice deepens. • A toolkit for the hard moment: the breath, cold, water, a walk, japa. An urge that is not fed passes. • A daily check-in and a quiet record of the practice — including the slips, met with steadiness, never shame. • A guru you can ask: grounded guidance drawn from the teachings, in a dignified voice, whenever the practice turns difficult. The guru's replies are AI-generated (Claude, via a private relay); your question and practice context are sent to answer it, and nothing is stored. Guidance from the teachings — not medical counsel. • "Sit" opens the urge practices straight from Siri, the Action button, Control Center or the lock screen • Home-screen and lock-screen widgets, a morning reminder, and an evening one if you want it: present, without noise. Your practice stays yours. Everything is stored on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own private account. No accounts. No analytics. No advertising. For the serious practitioner. Sanskrit used precisely; the teachings kept honest. ओजस् — the vitality the practice gathers. — OJAS PLUS — SUBSCRIPTION Ojas is a subscription practice.
