Mealpause
Read full descriptionHide full description
Mealpause makes space for a simple routine. Choose your target, start your timer, and get on with your day. YOUR FAST, AT A GLANCE Follow your fast with a clear timer and progress ring. Add a small or medium Home Screen widget, or see elapsed time on your Lock Screen with a thin progress bar in the rectangular widget or just the timer in an inline view. AT YOUR OWN PACE Use 12, 14, or 16-hour convenience presets, or set a custom target. Forgot to start the timer? Set an earlier start. Your fast ends only when you choose to end it. A SIMPLE RECORD Add a completed fast you forgot to record, correct session times, and explore your routine in a weekly chart or a simple list. No streaks, rankings, or pressure to hit a score. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, ads, tracking, or cloud service. Your sessions stay on your iPhone. Records are not backed up; deleting the app removes them. JUST ENOUGH Optional local reminders, light and dark appearances, and a short guide to adding Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets. Mealpause is a personal timing tool. Duration presets are convenience options, not personalized recommendations. Mealpause does not provide medical advice.

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Mealpause at none against Progress's 4. Mealpause also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs weekly) and iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
