The music is what you hear. The frequency is what your body feels. You've tried the breathing apps. You've done the guided meditations. And you're still wired at 11pm. MyReset Zone Soundscapes start somewhere else - with your body, and the frequency environment it's been trying to find its way back to all day. You know the feeling. Wired but exhausted. Resting, but never quite recovering. Awake at 3am with a mind that won't stop narrating. Scrolling for calm and finding more noise instead. You don't need another app telling you to breathe slower. You need something that meets you at the level where the static actually is. This isn't just calming music. Inside every MyReset Zone Soundscape are engineered layers of cell-supportive frequency - precisely tuned, not composed for mood. You hear real music: rich, textured, World Fusion and Africa's Pulse influences, co-created with South African producer and sound architect 808RSA. Underneath it, proprietary B11 Micro-Technology - 20+ years of frequency research from founder Bridget Hall - does its own quiet work. You don't have to meditate, breathe on cue, or "do" anything. You just listen. Your body takes it from there. Intelligence within. MyReset Zone Soundscapes don't act on you - they work with you. Pure, intentional frequencies are offered; your body chooses what it resonates with and filters out the rest. You won't love every Soundscape. You'll love the ones your body chooses - and that's the point. This isn't one-size-fits-all wellness. It's yours. Just a few of the states we meet you in: • MyCalm - for a nervous system that won't switch off • MyCentre - for scattered, ungrounded, pulled-in-ten-directions days • MyRelief - for tension, tightness, physical overload • MyFocus - for mental clarity when you need to think straight • MySleep - for an easier way into deeper, more restorative rest And that's just where it starts. Explore many more Soundscapes, move into our more intensive Wellscapes for deeper cellular work, and unlock guided Inner Journeys as you go. Let your body lead. A reset works best when it's paced, not forced. There's no performance here - no "doing it wrong." Some people feel a heaviness lift in seconds. Others notice a slower, gentler shift over days. Both are exactly right. Just listen, feel, and notice what settles. What people are saying: "I didn't expect to feel anything different. From the start I slept through the night for the first time in months." - Barbara M. "The sleep sound is amazing Fall asleep every time before the song is even done" - Alexis R. "The frequencies are incredible. I sleep better and wake up refreshed every morning." - Mike R. "I love the sound, it really helps my anxiety and keeps me in a positive mind state." - Emma L. Built for real life: • Free to start - 14-day trial, no card needed • Works on iPhone, iPad • Six minutes on a stressful commute, or a full 30-minute immersion before bed, or anytime • Corporate and enterprise wellness licensing available for teams • “Find Your Sound” to match a Soundscape or Wellscape to how you're feeling, “Set Your Goals”, and affirmations woven into soundtracks to guide you along the way Beyond trendy shortcuts. Soundscapes and Wellscapes work in the layers beneath mind-only meditation - with your body's own frequency environment, where most people find the noise actually starts. Human-crafted, not algorithm-generated. Backed by 20+ years of research. Felt, not just heard. Still using your usual wellness app? Keep it. MyReset Zone works underneath, not instead.
